She knows what others are not yet ready to hear: the order has been given, the roads fill with steel and the chosen hour is approaching. Her message travels east. Beyond it are people who might still prepare and survive.

The signal meets doubt. The danger is called a rumor, and precious minutes disappear into argument. Delay becomes another weapon. She has to overcome distance and the willingness of others to remain silent.

The chorus opens her voice toward everyone whose morning is at stake. Before daybreak, she wants to give them time. The final hope stays unresolved with a question: has anyone heard her?

ALTA original song cycle

The armies gather at the border. Their maps are drawn, the date is clear. A hundred roads obey one order; The hour they chose is drawing near. I carry what they keep in darkness. I send it east along the wire. The warning has to cross the silence And reach the world before the fire.

Across the miles, across the skies, Beyond the guarded halls of power, I bring the truth before your eyes. Don't leave it waiting one more hour.

Before daybreak, Let the warning rise. Carry it across the border, Put the truth before their eyes. Before daybreak, While the dawn is ours, Give them time to face the fire. Let them live beyond these hours.

They call it rumor in the distance, A frightened voice they can deny. But steel is moving while they argue; It does not wait for their reply. Lost time becomes another weapon Against the lives they cannot see. I'll break the wall they built from silence With all the breath still left in me.

Across the miles, across the skies, Beyond the guarded halls of power, I bring the truth before your eyes. You cannot buy another hour.

Before daybreak, Let the warning rise. Carry it across the border, Put the truth before their eyes. Before daybreak, While the dawn is ours, Give them time to face the fire. Let them live beyond these hours.

There's still a world they haven't taken. There's still a dawn they do not own. If one clear voice can pierce the silence, Let no one face that dawn alone.

Before daybreak, Let the warning rise. Carry it across the border, Put the truth before their eyes. Before daybreak, While the dawn is ours, Give them time to face the fire. Let them live beyond these hours.

Across the wire, Across the night, Are you there?

In plain words

This is a song about truth that must be heard in time. She sends information that could change someone's morning and stands behind her voice even when people refuse to believe it. Daybreak marks the last boundary between warning and catastrophe. The broad melody carries urgency and hope; the unresolved ending leaves the listener at the far end of her signal. A driving orchestral groove led by melodic bass, moving strings and brass, with expansive dramatic singing. Before daybreak / Let the warning rise.
